Trend provides market data, price alerts, research tools, AI-generated analysis and portfolio support features. Trend is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, asset manager or custodian and does not execute trades or hold customer assets.

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction and provide accurate, complete and current account information. You are responsible for protecting passwords, two-factor credentials and device access.

Stocks, ETFs, futures, foreign exchange, precious metals and crypto assets may experience severe volatility, illiquidity or total loss. Historical performance, backtests, target prices and model outputs do not guarantee future results.

AI scores, ratings, stock selections and strategy matches are generated from market data and algorithms and may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. They must not be used as the sole basis for an investment decision or as a substitute for licensed professional advice.

Quotes, news, company information, charts and payment capabilities may be provided by Finnhub, Polygon, Twelve Data, Yahoo Finance, TradingView, PayPal, Apple, Supabase, Resend or other providers. Third-party data may be delayed, interrupted, adjusted or inaccurate.

Paid plans are billed at the interval shown at checkout and may renew automatically until cancelled through the applicable payment channel. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period and does not automatically refund used service time. Material pricing or plan changes will be notified as required.

Refunds for direct web purchases are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Apple manages refund eligibility and processing for App Store purchases. Contact [email protected] for duplicate charges, unauthorized payments or failure to deliver service.

You may not bypass access controls, reverse engineer or attack the service, scrape at scale, resell or redistribute licensed data, or use the platform for fraud, market manipulation, infringement or other unlawful conduct.

We may limit features, suspend access or terminate accounts for security risks, unlawful conduct, payment failure, API abuse or material breach of these terms. Emergency security measures may be taken before notice.

Maintenance, upgrades, network failures, market closures, third-party API outages or force majeure events may make the service temporarily unavailable. We will take reasonable steps to restore service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Trend software, interfaces, branding, original content and compilations are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party data, trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trend is not liable for trading losses, lost opportunities, indirect loss, or loss caused by reliance on delayed or inaccurate data or AI output. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains subject to applicable law.
