Refund Policy

Explains cancellation, review and refund handling for web, PayPal and Apple App Store subscriptions.

01Scope

This policy applies to web subscription fees collected directly by Trend. Third-party stores or payment channels may apply their own refund rules.

02Cancellation

Users may cancel automatic renewal at any time. Access normally continues until the end of the current paid period unless the payment channel or applicable law provides otherwise.

03Cases We Review

We review duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, failure to deliver purchased service and refunds required by law. Non-use, forgetting to cancel or disappointing market outcomes do not normally create an automatic refund right.

04PayPal and Web Payments

Contact [email protected] within 14 days of charge with the account email, transaction ID and reason. We normally complete an initial review within five business days.

05Apple App Store

Apple handles refund requests for App Store purchases. Submit requests through reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support. Trend cannot directly approve refunds for funds collected by Apple.

06Consumer Law

This policy does not limit non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer protection law.
